Welcome to the Leaders In Motion team page!
We’re a group of dedicated members of the Society’s National Board of Directors and Chapter Boards of Trustees, and we’re walking, biking, climbing and more in support of the one million people diagnosed with MS in the United States.
The National Board of Directors is an elected group of volunteers responsible for overseeing Society goals and business operations and for implementing the Society’s strategic plan. Chapter Trustees ensure the Society achieves its mission and fulfills its strategic plan by engaging their local communities. Together, we build MS awareness, expand financial resources, and bring others into the MS movement. We come from diverse backgrounds and from across the U.S., and we are united in our goal to end MS forever.
The Society has achieved more breakthroughs for MS than the world has seen for any other neurological disease. And we’ve seen more momentum in the last five years than in the previous 70. Together with our friends and family, we’re committed to supporting the Society’s great work so that the next chapter in our story could be the last chapter for MS.
