Friday, June 24th
3pm – 7pm: Packet Pickup and bike racking inside Talbot County Community Center
Saturday, June 25th
6am – 7am (until 7:30 for 35 and 70-mile riders): Site opens

6:45am – 7am: Opening Program at the Starting Line
7am: Start time for 100-mile route
7:30am: Start times for the 35-mile and 70-mile routes
8:00am: All riders must be on the route – no exceptions!
9am – 12:30pm: Lunch provided by Giant Food at Bellevue Rest Stop
10am – 5:30pm: Finish Line Meal
- 10am – 1pm: Giant Sandwiches
- 1pm – 5:30pm: Mission BBQ
10am – 5:30pm: Massages available
10am – 5:30pm: Beer Garden is open – beer and hard seltzer options
1pm: Century route riders must reach Mile 60 by 1pm to continue riding the century route
- Those who reach Mile 60 after 1pm will be directed to 70-mile route
5pm: All routes close
5pm – 5:30pm: Awards and Closing Program
6pm: Site and bike racking closes
Sunday, June 26th
6:30am: Site opens
- Packet Pickup for those who did not ride Saturday
- Light breakfast and coffee

7:15am – 7:30am: Opening Program at the Starting Line
7:30am: All distances start
8:00am: All riders must be on the route – no exceptions!
10am-1pm: Lunch served at the finish line
10am – 1pm: Massages available
1pm: All routes close
2pm: Site and bike racking closes

With a variety of route options, you can choose the challenge that’s right for you. All routes start and finish both days at Talbot County Community Center. These routes are scenic, peaceful, and rather flat making for a great ride!

Packet Pickup Opportunities
Everyone must receive and wear the contents of their rider packet in order to ride. All participants must raise at least $300 in order to receive their rider packet (passport riders exempt). You may have someone else pick up your rider packet as long as you have reached the $300 fundraising minimum and wear the contents at the ride. Top Fundraiser “Top Crab” jerseys will also be available to receive during these times. Please check back closer to the rides as there may be slight changes to the timing below.
- Friday, June 24th from 3 to 7pm inside Talbot County Community Center, the start/finish venue of our ride.
- Saturday, June 25th from 6 to 7am outside Talbot County Community Center, the start/finish venue of our ride.
- Sunday, June 26th from 6:30 to 7:30am outside Talbot County Community Center, the start/finish venue of our ride.

Fundraising Weeks run Monday through Sunday at midnight. Each fundraising week will have winners in the following categories*:
- Teams with less than 10 members
- Teams with 10+ members
- Individual rider (team member or non-team member)
*based on the highest amount of online fundraising (total dollars raised) this week
As a reward for your amazing fundraising, we will award the following prizes for Fundraising Weeks:
- Team winners: fully stocked team tent
- Individual winner: VIP Parking and Ferry Fast Pass
Virtual Pre-Ride Meet Ups

- This meeting focuses on safe riding recommendations and what to bring/wear. Open to all registrants and those interested in riding.

Breakfast - A light breakfast (fruit, granola bars, etc.) will be available near the start area before you begin your ride on Saturday and Sunday. Personal servings of iced coffee and water will be available too. Please note hot coffee will not be provided.
Lunch – Giant will provide sandwiches for lunch on both days of the ride. Saturday’s lunch will be on the route and Sunday’s lunch will be at the start/finish area.
Dinner – Mission BBQ will serve dinner at the finish line on Saturday from 1-5:30pm. There will be various meat and side options to choose from. There is no dinner provided on Sunday.
Dietary restrictions – Please alert the staff serving food if you have a dietary restriction. We will have gluten free and vegetarian options for all meals.
Recycling – There will be plenty of opportunity to recycle at this event so please make sure you are doing your part to help limit our carbon footprint. All funds from cans and bottles that are collected/recycled from this event will be donated back to the MS Society!

Camping at Talbot County Community Center
Camping outside and inside the Talbot County Community Center (the host venue) is available at no cost on both Friday and Saturday night. The ride starts and finishes here both days and it has showers available for use. There is no need to sign up to use the showers or to camp. There is plenty of space to camp and you can set up your camping area as early as 3pm on Friday. You must provide your own camping equipment.
