Often, our money follows our hearts. And that philosophy certainly rings true for Point B's relationship with the National MS Society.
Since 2004, Point B has shared a personal connection with Multiple Sclerosis. As our firm has grown from a single Bike MS team in Seattle, we've spread our culture of community involvement through our roles as fundraisers, sponsors, and leaders in the MS Society and simultaneously deepened our connection to this disease. This connection and partnership has now grown into the single largest sponsorship and volunteer platform for Point B, our friends and our clients. It has even led to client service delivery relationship between Point B and the MS Society.
In 2023, Point B participated in Bike MS, Walk MS and Hike MS events across the country. Together, our combined fundraising and sponsorship financial impact was $184,000. Our event fundraising alone has made us one of the 10 top fundraising National Teams for the MS Society on multiple occasions in recent years. Our local employee led teams have invested their time and passion in the Society's purpose. These teams keep doing it every year because the events are incredibly well run, the Society fills them with a great sense of camaraderie and mission, and we want to support our co-workers, friends and family members who have MS.
Over the years, Point B has generated well over $3 million dollars through our participation, fundraising and sponsorships of MS Society events. There's more to come because of our passion for the MS Society and its mission, Point B's culture of community involvement.
