Safety Protocols
We are so excited to have you join us for the 2021 Bike MS: Bluegrass Bourbon Ride presented locally by Heaven Hill Distillery! Ending multiple sclerosis for good will take all of us and we hope you are as excited as we are to come together to celebrate and roll down MS.
To ensure we are keeping everyone as safe as possible, and to assist in social distancing, all riders will be assigned one of two Venue Access Windows. Riders will NOT be able to access the event site until their pre-assigned Venue Access Window begins. Once your window has begun, you have 30 minutes to go through the Mandatory Check-In Area, use the restroom, grab some water and a snack, and get on the road. There will no mass release, cyclists may access the route at any time during their allotted 30-minute
Venue Access Window. To help make your ride morning go smoothly, please review our current Bike MS safety protocols:
- Riders can only access the start area during your pre-assigned Venue Access Window.
- All riders, volunteers, and staff must complete a pre-event acknowledgement screening questionnaire 24 hours prior to the event and will be required to show proof of completion at the Mandatory Check-In tent.
- Based on CDC guidelines, we have updated our mask safety protocol. If you are not vaccinated, facial coverings are required. If you are vaccinated, facial coverings are optional.
- Signage will be placed to promote safe social distancing of 6 feet or more between others.
We thank you once again for following our protocols and making this year’s Bike MS event a safe event for everyone. If you have any questions prior to the ride, please do not hesitate to each out.
