VeloPro is free the first month and only $10 a month after that (and $5 goes back to Bike MS!), and you will need a cycling computer or cycling/fitness app to track your time, distance, speed, etc. – but you can choose the device that works best for you! VeloPro will use the data from every ride to chart your progress over time, predict future performance and help you understand the relationship between your heart rate, cadence, speed, power and elevation.

Zwift Training Rides

Join the Bike MS Zwift Club and train alongside hundreds of passionate cyclists across the world through Zwift, an online at-home training platform. The Bike MS Zwift Club hosts several weekly events found on their club page and will host a new monthly global event beginning in April and running through September. This new experience is designed for our Virtual Participants and to provide you with a weekend training experience. Join the club and see a list of events available for you.

Bike MS: Zwift Community Challenge

The Bike MS: Zwift Community Challenge is a weekend experience opportunity to ride 30, 50, 75 or 100km each day, giving you a virtual Bike MS experience without leaving home. Join people from across the globe as they ride to raise awareness for multiple sclerosis and funds for a cure.
