How it Works

Need a Spot?

Step #1: To participate, apply for one of our limited spots. To secure your spot on our team and enjoy all of the perks of being an official team member please apply here.  Note, there is a required fundraising minimum of $5,000 for runners who did not secure their own spot.  

Fundraising minimums:

• Runner who secured their own spot/Supporter Runner – $750 (or $1,000 with training perks)
• New Runner for 2021 - $5,000

Step #2: We will select members of the team by July 1^st and notify all applicants of their status at this time. 

Registered for the Race Already?

If you registered for the New York City Marathon and received a bib, you can still join the team and take part in all the social activities, festivities, blitz competitions, and finish line tent celebration by fundraising the minimum.  

Fundraising minimum:
As a runner who earned a bib separately from the National MS Society, the fundraising minimum to join our team and receive the team perks is $750 (or $1,000 with training perks).
