Parking:
Volunteers will be on-site to direct traffic and parking.
VIP Parking: Top 25 Club members (2021 rankings) and Club K Fundraisers ($1,000+ fundraised by May 1st) will receive special parking passes mailed to them. VIP Parking will be located at Sunrise Bank parking lot - enter next to 725 Curfew St, St Paul, MN 55114
General Parking: Available at 2480 Franklin Ave, St Paul, MN 55114

Routes & Maps
Three different route options will be available - approximately 15, 30, and 45 miles. Participants can choose their route on event day - there's no need to decide ahead of time!
Routes can be viewed here on RideWithGPS. Please note that adjustments may be made before event day.
Riders start between 8-10 a.m.; those doing the 45-mile route must be on the route by 9 a.m.
Fully supported rest stops will be located at various points along the routes, allowing cyclists to rest, refuel, and recharge. Stops will also feature partner Bike Shops, there to help with any issues you may have.

Fundraising Weeks run Monday through Sunday at midnight.
Fundraising Week 1: March 7-13
- Individual Prize: The individual that raises the most money during this week will win a Bike MS swag pack.
- Team Prize: The team that raises the most money during this week will receive a personal packet pickup.
There will be two team winners – one for teams of 4-15 members, one for teams of 15+.
Fundraising Week 2: April 4-10
- Individual Prize: The individual that raises the most money during this week will win a Bike MS swag pack.
- GRAND PRIZE: For every $100 raised during this week, you'll be entered to win a brand new electric lawn mower, generously donated by The Toro Company!
- Team Prize: The team that raises the most money during this week will receive Dairy Queen dilly bars at the finish line.
There will be two team winners – one for teams of 4-15 members, one for teams of 15+.

Safety Meeting
Being prepared is critical to having a safe, fun experience at Bike MS. Join us on May 4th for a call covering safety and event-day experience at Bike MS: Twin Cities Ride, and take the chance to ask any questions you might have.

Meals & Support
Bike MS is an extraordinary ride no matter where you are! Whether you have a flat tire or need a snack to help get you across the finish line, we’ve got you covered…
Each route includes fully-stocked rest stops every 10 to 12 miles with some of the best snacks and volunteers around. Relax, hydrate, use the restroom, re-apply sunscreen and enjoy the volunteers. Bike mechanics and support and gear (SAG) vehicles will also be on the route to assist you.
Food and Drink
In addition to the snacks and drinks available at rest stops, you'll find plenty at the start/finish line.
- Breakfast items and coffee will be available from 8-10 a.m.
- All participants receive a free drink (alcoholic or non) after the ride
- Food and drink will be available for purchase from 11 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.

Bike MS Ambassador
The Bike MS Ambassador program is a great way to stay connected with Bike MS and help enhance engagement. There are several ways to get involved with the Bike MS Ambassador program and it’s a flexible commitment.
2022 Bike MS Ambassador Involvement Options
- Help distribute promotional print materials to bike shops, coffee shops, breweries, etc.
- Help post digital Bike MS information on local message boards, bike clubs and community calendars, etc. (using digital copy provided by society)
- Utilize your network and local connections to help ask local organizations for donations, such as gift cards, gift baskets, etc. These donations are used for prize incentives, items for VIP tent, etc.
- Wear your Bike MS jersey, T-shirt, or swag when out in public, especially when riding.
- Help make calls to participants to increase engagement and fundraising.
- Be an ambassador! Share you story & encourage folks to get involved.

Team Resources
Once a captain has registered and created the team, they can start customizing the team page and inviting people to join. Making your page unique can help ‘sell’ your team to prospective members.
Team Captains also have access to track team members’ goals and fundraising, as well as to send team emails right from their Bike MS dashboard.
