What to Expect
What's Included
The Dinner of Champions is the National Multiple Sclerosis Society's premier gala event that brings together top corporate executives, philanthropists, and community leaders to celebrate the progress we have made towards creating a world free of MS. This festive evening includes a cocktail reception, dinner and informative program as we pay tribute to the vast network of generous corporations, organizations and volunteer leaders who are dedicated to making a difference. Celebrating its 43rd anniversary, the Chicago Dinner of Champions' goal is to raise $1 million to fund promising MS research and extend vital programs and services to help people affected by MS live their best lives.
Through events like the Dinner of Champions, the National MS Society is able to continue its efforts in the fight against MS. We now know there are nearly 1 million people living with MS in the United States which is twice as many as the previously reported number. The Society addresses the challenges of each person affected by this disease by funding cutting-edge research, driving change through advocacy, collaborating with MS organizations around the world, and providing services designed to help people with MS and their families move their lives forward. Last year alone, the Society devoted over $100 million to help more than one million individuals connect to the people, information and resources they need. To move closer to a world free of MS, the Society also invested $34 million to support more than 320 new and ongoing research projects around the world.
