Walk Details

7:30 AM – Site Opens for Walk MS: Greater Los Angeles 2023! Stop by the displays featured at Walk MS:

Registration Area: this is where you sign up if you haven’t registered online. Check out our QR codes – you will be able to register straight from your mobile device!

Main Stage: at 9:30 AM the Walk MS program will begin.

T-Shirt Area: This is the pick-up location for participants who have raised $100 or more.

Circles of Support Area: All participants should stop by the Circles of Support area to pick up your circle to utilize during the program. Orange circles are for those diagnosed with MS; green are for friends and family; and yellow are for advocates, healthcare workers, sponsors, Society staff and others.

Complete the Circle: visit this interactive display to demonstrate support, love and remembrance for individuals diagnosed with MS.

Food and Beverage Area: The Food and Beverage Area features healthy, breakfast-themed snacks plus water, coffee and other beverages.  Hot lunch items will be served by Bruce’s Catering and Events after the route opens.

Hydration Station: water and other beverages are available from the Hydration Station. Additional Hydration Station(s) are located along the route and offer water.

Vendor Village: Visit a variety of vendors including our Walk MS sponsors.

Top Fundraisers Area: The Top Fundraisers Area is an exclusive perk for our Top 100, Gold, and Silver fundraisers and top-performing teams. If you are a Top Fundraiser, stop by this area to pick up your credentials and enjoy other special treats.  Coffee and Espresso drinks will be served by Arrvo Coffee.

The Center: Individuals living with MS are encouraged to visit The Center and pick up your complimentary bandana plus learn about Society resources.

National MS Society/Advocacy Area: learn more about the Society and the easy ways you can engage to support our advocacy initiatives.

9:30 AM – Program begins

10:00 AM – Routes open to participants - Walk MS has 1- and 3-mile accessible routes available with volunteer support and Hydration Station(s) along the way!

12:00 PM – Site Closes

Walk MS has .9 and 2.7 mile accessible routes available.

It’s Go Time

It’s Go Time weeks are special weeks -- you’ll be given a challenge to earn Walk MS points. Stay connected via email, social media and the website to see when the next It’s Go Time challenge will be!
