Bike MS: Colonial Crossroads has something for everyone. Choose a ride and route with varying options to build the Bike MS experience that's best for you.  

One day cyclists will leave from Williamsburg for a fully traffic-free out and back along the paved Virginia Capital Trail.  

Cyclists wanting to ride both days can choose to start from Richmond or Smithfield and ride through historic battles fields, taking in sights of the mighty James River. Converge in Colonial Williamsburg for a classic Bike MS evening celebration before pedaling back Sunday.
