Dear Friends,

Let's get 'er done - and take a whack at MS.

Multiple Sclerosis affects more than one million people in the U.S. - maybe even someone you know or love.

Your support for The National MS Society will help fund research (and we've already come such a long way!) and pay for practical things like walkers, wheelchairs and rides to therapy.

I'm proud to be part of Team Ugly - and thanks to you we one of the top fundraisers for this year's ride. (So far - we are over $100,000 and counting!)

"We Ride for Kristin" to honor the late daughter of our team's founders, Chris and Natalie Mathews.  She is now, in her mother's words, "at peace" after her long fight with MS.

On Saturday and Sunday, May 14 and 15, we will ride at least 130 miles (maybe 150 if we are feeling  it!) for this effort

I sincerely hope you can join the effort by supporting our ride either financially or with your good thoughts and prayers.

Thanks!

Tim

PS - Here is how your support can be used:

$50: provides round-trip transportation to a medical appointment

$100: helps purchase a walker or shower chair

$250: funds a transport chair, accessible transportation to a medical appointment, or a portable ramp

$500: helps fund a college scholarship for a high school senior who is living with MS or whose parent is living with MS

$1,000: pays for a hospital bed, half of a standard chair lift, or utility or rental assistance to two people living with MS

$43,000: funds a research grant (average cost)
