It's been 10 years...

Hey y'all! I'm walking in Walk MS Raleigh again to show my support and raise funds for the MS community.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in 2014 - 10 years ago! Fortunately for me things are stable and I haven't had to make any significant changes to how I live. But many people with MS aren't so lucky, and I am aware with the nature of MS my "luck" could change at any moment.

MS is an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system that disrupts the flow of information between the brain and body. MS is different for everyone, and that makes it all the more challenging to solve.

To work towards a future where an MS diagnosis is a thing of the past, I do what I can to support the National MS Society's. Not only do they fund cutting edge research, they provide patient support programs that are essential for navigating this chronic disease and the complicated US health system.

Everyone has the power to change the world for people with MS.
