Please Help Us to Help Fight MS

Please join the Hot Flashes team and help us to raise money for research, treatment, and support services to help people with multiple sclerosis.

The Hot Flashes MS Walk team began in 2000, with four people doing the Westchester MS Walk at Rye Playland. We have grown considerably since then; in our biggest year, we had over 300 team members and were the # 8 MS Walk fundraising team in the entire country. In some years we also had contingents at the Rockland or Manhattan MS Walks. In the 23 years in which we have participated in the MS Walk (from 2000 through 2022), the Hot Flashes team has raised a total of over $700,000, but we want to raise a lot more - much has been accomplished in the fight against multiple sclerosis, but there's still a lot to be done.
