Kathleen "Casey" DeSouza was diagnosed with MS in 1998. After 23 years, Casey passed away in her sleep on Sunday, January 3rd 2021. She managed to live with this disease with tremendous grace, strength, and determination. We hope the successes she had will give hope for the future to others diagnosed with MS.
