Please submit all orders online by May 10, 2024.

Important:

• Any cancellations or modifications to your order must be made prior to June 3rd. If you cancel your order after June 3rd, we cannot issue you a refund.
• Equipment and space is limited
• Orders will not be processed without full payment
• Placement of tents within Team Village will be on a first come first serve basis
• An additional charge will be incurred for any missing rental supplies.

NOTE: Volunteers for team tents are not official volunteers of Bike MS and do not receive meals, access to beer garden, or a volunteer t-shirt. Team tent volunteers that wish to partake in event activities must purchase a Festival Participant wristband at the information tent.
