Join us at the start/finish line at 7am at Southeastern University to ride out for Dat's How We Roll 2024. Once you cross the finish line on Day 1 and Day 2 you will join our team tent village, music and food / beer garden to celebrate you and your fundraising toward ending MS. Each day will provide you with a different route, and multiple distance options to choose from for every cycling skill level.

Know Before You Go
All Bike MS participants are invited to our ‘Know Before You Go’ Logistics meeting to have all your event weekend questions answered. Bike MS staff and leadership volunteers will review all aspects of the ride weekend including parking, start line / finish line expectations, route and rest stops, plus the extraordinary experience of the Day 1 and Day 2 finish lines.

We’ll have two fundraising weeks to incentivize fundraising. The challenge is the same for both: Raise the most money online during the week. Prizes will be awarded in three categories: Individual, Team (2-9 members), and Team (10+ members). We want to get people excited and incentivized to raise money as well as spread word about the event!
Fundraising Week #1: January 29 - Feb 2
Individual Prize: VIP pass for the weekend + Bike MS swag item
Team Prize (for both categories): Team tent and ice chest of drinks + Priority placement in staggered start line up on Day 1
Fundraising Week #2: February 26 - March 1
Individual Prize: Free hotel room for ride weekend + Bike MS swag item
Team Prize (8+ participants): $100 gift card to Loft 18 for a team bonding night with virtual golf, games & more!
Team Prize (2-7 participants): Team tent and ice chest of drinks + Priority placement in the staggered start line up on Day 2
Your Bike MS packet contains important items including your rider bib, event details and sponsor giveaways. In order to pick up your packet, you must meet the $275 fundraising minimum and have a completed waiver on file. If you registered online, you've already completed a waiver during the registration process. Please note: Riders under 18 will need a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
We will be holding three packet pickups prior to ride weekend. We will be hosting one in New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Mandeville.
New Orleans Packet Pickup: March 25th at Bicycle World at 5pm (701 Jefferson Highway)
Baton Rouge Packet Pickup: March 26th at Capitol Cyclery at 5:30pm (5778 Essen Ln)
Mandeville Packet Pickup: March 27th at Trek in Mandeville at 5:30 (3450 U.S. Hwy 190 Suite 12)
We will also be hosting a packet pickup the Friday of event weekend from 5 -7pm at The Holiday Inn. (1819 SW Railroad Ave, Hammond, LA 70403)
The event will be starting and finishing at SLU with many hotels to choose from in the Hammond area. Stay tuned for more updates!

Whether you have a flat tire or need a snack to help get you across the finish line, we’ve got you covered…
Each route includes fully stocked rest stops every 10 to 12 miles with some of the best snacks and volunteers around. Relax, hydrate, use the restroom, re-apply sunscreen and enjoy time with the volunteers along with support and gear (SAG) vehicles along the route to assist you.
After you cross the finish line, we will have plenty of local food information handy.

Bike Shops
The support from local bike shops is crucial; bike mechanics will be located throughout the ride along with yearly support from shops in the area. For more Bike Shop information check out your Training and Prep page!
