Routes
Lengths vary each day; the ride is five days, but riders may choose to only do one or a few days. If not doing the complete five-day ride, riders are responsible for their own transportation to return to the city where they started. The Registration Fee and Fundraising minimum remain the same as the five-day ride.

- The MS Ride Across Minnesota is a five-day event covering approximately 45-60 miles each day. Riders stay overnight in our Host Cities, see dates and cities below. Click here for lodging options.
- There is a loop option on Thursday, July 24, in St. Peter.
- No official route options are available.

Bike Nights & Get-Togethers
MS Awareness Week Happy Hour
Join Bike MS in marking MS Awareness Week at Finnegan’s Brew Co. Wednesday, March 13. This event is open to riders, volunteers, and other supporters of the MS movement.
What: A chance to socialize with other Bike MS participants and mark the progress made in the fight to end MS

- Bike MS Goodies & Prize Drawings
- 25% off 2024 registration for attendees
When: Wednesday, March 13 from 4:30-7 p.m.
Who: Participants, volunteers, and other supporters of all three Bike MS rides in Minnesota: Twin Cities Ride, MS 150 and Ride Across Minnesota. Invite your friends, and we will see you there!

Fundraising Weeks
Fundraising Weeks run Monday through Sunday night at Midnight.
Fundraising Week 1: May 13 - 19
Both teams and individual participants can earn special prizes this week!
- The Top Fundraising Team will win a Pizza Party in one of the host cities during the ride.
- The Top Individual Fundraiser will win a Bike MS swag bag including a Pedego Twin Cities bike shop entitling the winner to free rental of two electric bikes for three hours and this handy cycling ride wallet:
Fundraising Week 2: June 10-16
Both teams and individual participants can earn special prizes this week!
- The Top Fundraising Team will win sweet treats in the morning from a local restaurant during the ride.
- The Top Individual Fundraiser will win a gift basket filled with goodies from each of our host cities!
- The Top Team Member Fundraiser will win a Bike MS swag bag including this beautiful medal hanger:
General packet pick-up details
- Your Bike MS packet contains important items including your rider bib, luggage tags, and additional materials for the ride. To pick up your packet, you must meet the $300 fundraising minimum and have a completed waiver on file.
- If you registered online, you've already completed a waiver during the registration process. Please note: Riders under 18 will need a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
- Packets may be picked up on behalf of other participants as long as you have their permission, and they meet the fundraising and waiver requirements
- Packets must be picked up before you start the event. Packet pick-up is available at the following times and locations:

What’s In Your Packet
- Wristband
- Containing your rider number, this must be worn all weekend
- Bike Tag
- A sticker with your rider number. Attach it to your bike before dropping it off or starting to ride. Your matching wristband number will be used to claim it from the Bike Corral during the event.
- Rider Bib
- Must be worn at all times while riding. This bib is pivotal for our safety team to quickly identify cyclists on the route. You must wear the correct bib.
- Participants under age 18 will have red bibs.
- Top 50 Club members from the prior year will have custom gold bibs.
- Safety pins for attaching the bib will be in your packet, with extras also available at the info booth.
- Luggage Tags (x3)
- Another item with your rider number! Each participant has two luggage tags to attach to items you bring with you. Make sure to put them on your luggage before loading it up.
- Each luggage item should weigh under 35 lbs. If you have smaller items bundled together (such as camping gear), ensure they are securely bound and will not come apart during transport.
- Special Goodies
- Top 50 Club members or Passport Cyclists will receive a blue VIP wristband in their packet.
- Riders outside the Top 50 Club who have raised $1,000+ by 9 am on July 15 will have a gold wristband in their packet.
- All riders who have raised $1,000+ by 9 am on Jully 15 will have a Jersey Redemption Ticket in their packet, allowing them to receive the exclusive 2024 prize jersey (photo coming soon) (Reached that level later? Just let the check-in staff know!)
- Are you a team captain? Ride with MS? Top Fundraiser? Rookie Rider? Look out for special stickers in your packet!

Shuttle service will be provided to and from the following hotels in each host city. If participants stay elsewhere, they will be responsible for their own transportation.

RV parking is available Sunday-Thursday nights at or near each overnight host site. Hookups are not provided. Participants who require hookups will need to locate and reserve them independently. Please complete this form when you have reserved your hotels or are using an RV.

Food
Whether you have a flat tire or need a snack to help get you across the finish line, we’ve got you covered…
Each route includes fully stocked rest stops every 10 to 12 miles with some of the best snacks and volunteers around. Relax, hydrate, use the restroom, re-apply sunscreen and enjoy time with the volunteers along with support and gear (SAG) vehicles along the route to assist you.
After you cross the finish line, we will have plenty of local food information handy.
Bike Shops
The support from local bike shops is crucial; bike mechanics will be located throughout the ride along with yearly support from shops in the area. For more Bike Shop information check out your Training and Prep page!
