With a variety of route options, you can choose the challenge that’s right for you. With rolling hills and beautiful countryside, this route is one you will cherish. There are exciting rest stops along the way with a fun celebration waiting for you at the finish line. See you there!

Kickoff Event
Join your fellow Bike MS cyclists for a kickoff event on Thursday, March 28th for the 2024 Bike to Jack & Back!
We can’t wait to show you all the exciting things in the pipeline for this year! We will be going over all the new and inspiring things we have planned for this year's Bike event as we are celebrating 30 years of the Jack & Back this year. We will also be celebrating
several rider milestones at the event, so come out and cheer on your fellow riders.
Parking will be at our office. Please be sure to check in with the host at the door and they will direct you to the kickoff space.
This kickoff event is open to everyone! Please make sure you RSVP and let us know how many guests you will be bringing – the more the merrier.
2024 Juneteenth Freedom Day Ride - Nashville
Come ride with us for the Juneteenth Freedom Day bike ride on Saturday June 15th. Riders will meet at Frankie Pierce Park at 7:00 am and the rides start at 7:45 am! The organizations involved in this year's event are Bike For Equality, Black Girls Do Bike,
Oasis Bike Works, Walk Bike Nashville, Music City Dope Peddlers and Nashville Black Wellness Collective. There will be a 25 mile self guided marked route and a 10 mile group/family ride led by the Music City Dope Peddlers. There will be raffles and giveaways at the event and snacks and water along the ride. Register for this amazing event, you don't want to miss out! The Juneteenth ride will happen rain or shine!

Logistics Meeting

Your local Bike MS staff and amazing guest speakers will get you prepared for Bike MS: Bike to Jack & Back. Topics will include cycling safety and protocols, ride support, bike inspections, suggested packing list, and more.

Fundraising Weeks run Monday through Sunday at midnight. Each fundraising week will have winners in the following categories*:

Your Bike MS packet contains important items including your rider bib, event details and sponsor giveaways. In order to pick up your packet, you must meet the $300 fundraising minimum and have a completed waiver on file. If you registered online, you've already completed a waiver during the registration process.
Who Can Pick Up a Packet?

Another team member, team captain or family member may pick up your packet for you, as long as you've reached your fundraising minimum and have already turned in a signed waiver.
Packet Mailing
Mailed packets are not offered at this time.
In-Person Packet Pick-Up
Packets may be picked up at any of the early packet pick-up locations listed below or one hour before the start of the ride.
At our early packet pick-up events, qualified participants may also pick up a top fundraiser jersey. You will also be able to pick up cue sheets, route maps and a weekend schedule.
Packet Pick-Up will be held in the Nashville area the week of September 23-27, 2024. More details on locations and times to come!

Camping
Camping will also be available first come first serve at Lynchburg Elementary across the street from the finish line.
Transportation
Just Jack Bus
This bus will leave the Jack Daniel's finish line on Saturday, Oct. 5 at 4pm sharp to return cyclists back to Eagleville High School. When taking this shuttle back, you will miss the evening dinner, program, and awards on BBQ Hill.
Sunday Morning Shuttle
If you wake up Sunday morning and decide riding is not in the cards for you, don't fear! We have a shuttle that will take you back to Eagleville High School. This shuttle will leave Jack Daniel's after the riders depart and will depart around 8:30 – 9:00 am.
Hotel Shuttles
You do not need to purchase a ticket for a shuttle to and from your hotel. These shuttles are free, provided by the National MS Society for your ease over the weekend! Please note they will only run from our host hotels listed on the website. Shuttle schedule

Food
Whether you have a flat tire or need a snack to help get you across the finish line, we’ve got you covered…
Each route includes fully stocked rest stops every 10 to 12 miles with some of the best snacks and volunteers around. Relax, hydrate, use the restroom, re-apply sunscreen and enjoy time with the volunteers along with support and gear (SAG) vehicles along the route to assist you.
After you cross the finish line, we will have plenty of local food information handy.
Bike Shops
The support from local bike shops is crucial; bike mechanics will be located throughout the ride along with yearly support from shops in the area. For more Bike Shop information check out your Training and Prep page!
